BACKGROUND
Mr Stephen Moore is the founding Director of Docklands Ltd and is an ACA of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland. He has an LLB Law & Accounting degree from Queens University and trained with KPMG. Stephen brings a wealth of experience from the public and private sector to his clients. His key experience is in Accounting, Economic Appraisal and Risk Management. He has worked with ORACLE Financials, INTEGRA, SAGE, SUN and REAL ASSET MANAGEMENT (RAM) information systems and has used both Discoverer and Crystal reporting tools.

Strong organizational skills in managing a project team to work to strict deadlines and timeframe set by the purchasing Department.
Effective in working to strict processes and policies as set out in the Public Sector and ensuring that the project and its team can provide the client proper accountability
Excellent skills to ensuring a proper transfer of knowledge to the permanent staff within the civil service and holding oral and written training presentations to achieve this goal
